略论里耶秦简中令史的职掌与升迁

A Discussion of the Duty and Promotion of Lingshi(令史) in Liye Bamboo Slips of Qin Dynasty

"里耶秦简"揭示出秦代地方"令史"具有"校雠、解释文书"、"监督官府买卖"、"监督物品的出贷和授予"、"巡守‘庙’及堤坝"、"举报官吏的不当和违法行为"、"户籍管理与人口的入籍"等职责,这是前人未曾注意的。此外,"里耶秦简"还记载了秦代地方"令史"的升迁情况,是不可多得的史料。

Liye bamboo slips of Qin Dynasty （里耶秦简） indicates that Lingshi has many duties including collating and explaining the official documents; supervising the government＇s commercial transaction; super- vising the lending and granting of goods ; patrolling the temple and the dam; reporting the improper or illegal action of the local governor; managing household registration etc. The last five functions has not been noticed before. In addition, Liye bamboo slips recorded the promotion of local Lingshi （令史） in Qin Dynasty which is valuable historical materials.
