用近红外光谱无损测定烟草种子淀粉含量 被引量:13

摘要 为探索烟草种子淀粉含量无损检测技术,分析了120份不同生长发育期的烟草种子样品的近红外光谱,在4 000~9 000 cm^(-1)波段,利用主成分回归法建立了烟草种子淀粉含量的近红外光谱定量分析模型,并采用外部独立验证的方法对该模型进行了检验。结果表明,标准正态变量转换法结合去趋势算法,经19点平滑处理烟草种子近红外光谱数据后,所建立的烟草种子淀粉含量定量分析模型的决定系数可达99.80%,校正标准差和预测标准差分别低至0.149 3和0.183 8,验证集的实际测定值与模型预测值之间误差较小。 To investigate nondestructive testing technology for starch content determination in tobacco seeds,near infrared spectra of 120 groups of tobacco seeds were analyzed within the wave length range of 4 000-9 000 cm-1.A quantitative analysis model based on the near infrared spectroscopy for starch content in tobacco seeds was established by employing principal component regression(PCR) and verified by independent validation.The results showed that after the near infrared spectra were pre-processed with a standard normal variate(SNV) method combined with De-trending algorithm and smoothed with 19 points,the determination coefficient of the established model reached 99.80%,and the root mean square error of estimation(RMSEE)and standard error of prediction(SEP) were as low as 0.149 3 and 0.183 8,respectively.Meanwhile,the errors between the test values used in the validation set and the predicted values of the model were small.
