摘要 校企课程的有效对接和实施,是实现教学过程与生产过程对接,落实现代学徒制,发展现代职业教育的关键。基于职业能力培养和发展的职教理念,应根据现代学徒制课程教学的特点和要求,立足学校和企业的实际,通过企业和学生的选择、课程对接思路和课程框架的确立,构建现代学徒制下中职旅游管理与服务专业的校企课程体系,并通过"三段"课程、"双元"校企师资、"地导"翻转课堂、"多元"考核评价的课程教学实践,总结现代学徒制下校企课程实施的成效。 Effective docking and implementing of school-enterprise curriculum is the key to realizing the docking of teaching and producing, carrying out the system of modern apprenticeship and developing modern vocational education. To construct the curriculum system between school and enterprise for the major of tourism services and management in secondary vocational school by way of the choice of enterprise and student, the establishment of the thoughts of docking and frame of curriculum between school and enterprise, the setting up of three-period curriculum, the combination of teachers from school and enterprise, the applying of flipped classroom and multiple assessment, are necessary and important steps leading to good results.
