摘要
以高职院校资源库建设为例,在资源库建设和应用实践的基础上,通过实地调研访谈和文献查阅,分析了资源库建设现状及存在的问题,并针对这些问题,从体制机制创新、开发团队建设、管理平台建设及功能优化、知识点(技能点)系统化生成过程、教学媒体的选择及素材资源的制作开发等方面提出了资源库建设策略,旨在提高资源库建设的质量,增强资源库的实用性,促进信息化教学的发展。
With the construction of the resource database in higher vocational colleges as an example and？on the basis of the construction and application of the resource database, the present situation and problems of resource database construction are analyzed through field research, interviews and literature review. Aiming at these problems, from the aspects of the system and mechanism innovation, team building, management platform construction and function optimization, the process of generating knowledge points（skill points）systematically, the choice of teaching media and the development of material resources, strategies of the construction of database resources are proposed, in order to improve the quality of construction resources database, enhance the usefulness of resources？database and promote the development of teaching information.
