摘要
在20世纪90年代初发轫于英国的现代学徒制不仅形成了学习框架的指导性、职业标准的权威性和导入流程的规范化等特点,而且多年的实践已经证实该种模式对于人才培养具有显著功效。采用个人认知、经验总结与理论概括相结合的方法讨论英国现代学徒制模式中的评估活动、评估方法及证据使用,旨在为我国人才培养提供借鉴。
Originated in the early 1990 s, the modern apprenticeship in the UK has formed some obvious characteristics, such as guidance of the learning framework, authority of the professional standards as well as standardization of the introduction process, etc. In addition,many years of practice has confirmed the model's explicit effectiveness for talent training. Through a method that combines personal cognition, experience summary and theoretical generalization, a discussion is performed with the aim to provide some reference for our country in assessment activities, assessment methods and application of evidence in the mode of the British modern apprenticeship.
