摘要
在职业教育发展进程中,现代学徒制作为一种主要模式,得到各发达国家的大力推行。基于德、英两国的典型性与发展现状,从体系、知识、课程和师徒关系等方面比较了德国"双元制"与英国现代学徒制的异同,探索了适合我国国情的现代学徒制的实践路径。
In the development of vocational education, modern apprenticeship has been vigorously promoted by developed countries as a main model. Based on the typicality and current situation of Germany and the United Kingdom, the paper compares the similarities and differences between the Dual System in Germany and Modern Apprenticeship in the United Kingdom from system, knowledge, curriculum and mentoring relationship, and explores the practice path of the modern apprenticeship suited to China's national conditions.
