北京市医改对医院药师服务行为的影响研究

The influence of Beijing healthcare reform on behavior of hospital pharmacists

目的:了解北京市医改对医院药师服务行为的影响。方法:以北京市5所医院为研究对象,便利抽样法选取300名药师进行问卷调查,分析北京市医改对医院药师服务行为的影响。结果:药师对现有医院药学服务评价较高;整体上,药师对未来医院药学发展情况的认知度较低,有38.3%的药师表示完全不了解医院药学发展方向。结论:医院药师对医院药学发展了解不足,提高药师对未来医院药学发展的认识可帮助药师明确工作方向;从国家、医院层面建立健全相关规定有助于提高药师工作积极性,提升药学服务水平。

Objectives： To investigate the effect of healthcare reform on behavior of pharmacists in Beijing. Methods： 300 pharmacists in 5 hospitals in Beijing were selected by convenience sample to have questionnaire. The influences of Beijing healthcare reform on pharmacists＇ behavior were analyze. Results： The status quo of pharmacy care in hospital approved by pharmacists. The overall awareness of future development of hospital pharmacy was low and 38.3% pharmacists had no idea on the development of hospital pharmacy. Conclusions： Hospital pharmacists only have poor awareness on hospital pharmacy development under the policy of Beijing healthcare reform. Improving the understanding of the future development of hospital pharmacy can help pharmacists clearing direction. Establishing and completing policies can help improving the enthusiasm of pharmacists and promoting pharmaceutical care.
