摘要
以中国医科大学附属盛京医院为例,介绍了该院预约诊疗服务的现状、存在的问题及改进措施,并指出其创新之处:积极推进号源配置管理新模式,合理叫号,有序就诊,医患双满意;以手机APP为依托,实现当日挂号交费零等待;合理调整预约时限,提高号源有效利用率;合理调整就诊间隔,推进非急诊全面预约;推出每日出诊医生简介,告别节假日不能预约时代。
The status quo, problems, countermeasures and its innovations of out-patient registration appointment in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were introduced. The innovations and effectiveness included changing management mode of outpatient registration, rational adjusting time-interval of appointment to improve the utility of doctor, promoting overall-round appointment service and the brief introduction of doctor. The patients' and doctors' satisfaction has also improved.
