拔罐促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效评价

The curative effect of cupping method on wound healing after anal fistula operation

目的观察验证拔罐疗法在肛瘘术后促进创面愈合中的作用。方法将120例肛瘘术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。唯治疗组术前即开始在大椎、命门、腰俞、脾俞、肾俞穴拔罐治疗。术中及术后2组治疗和处理方法相同。观察各组病例术后创面愈合时间、创面面积缩小程度及疼痛、水肿、渗出、坠胀等并发症改善情况及不良反应。结果术后第7,14天在减轻肛门疼痛,减少创面渗出,改善肛门坠胀方面,2组比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组创面完全愈合时间为(28.26±5.94)d,对照组为(32.19±5.46)d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组病例在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论拔罐疗法可明显改善疼痛、水肿、渗出、坠胀等术后并发症且无毒副作用,达到了促进创面愈合的目的。

Objective To observe the effect of cupping method on wound healing after anal fistula operation.Methods 120 patients who have received anal fistula operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 patients in each.The treatment group was given cupping method on Dazhui,Mingmen,Yaoshu,Pishu and Shenshu before operation,while the wound of control group was filled with ribbon gauze immersed by hongyou onintment.The wound healing time,wound area reduction degree and pain,edema,effusion,fall-swell and improvement of complication and adverse effect were recorded.Results On the 7th and 14 th d after operation,anal pain,burn surface exudation and fall-swell score between two groups showed significant difference（P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was superior.The wound healing time of treatment group was（28.26 ± 5.94） d,and the control group was（32.19 ± 5.46） d,the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.No adverse effect showed during the treatment.Conclusion Cupping method could improve pain,edema,effusion,fall-swell and complications,as well as no adverse effect,so it could help improving wound healing.
