耳穴埋豆对慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者焦虑抑郁状态影响的临床观察

Clinical observation of auricular pressure on anxiety and depression patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure

目的探讨耳穴压豆对慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法将60例慢性心力衰竭急性加重伴有焦虑抑郁状态的患者用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗与中医情志护理;治疗组在对照组基础上加用耳穴埋豆,穴位为心、肾、交感、皮质下、神门。在治疗前及治疗14 d后对2组运用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评分并比较。结果治疗后SAS评分2组均有降低,且治疗组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),SDS评分治疗后2组均有降低,组内比较差异有统计学意义。结论应用耳穴埋豆可以明显改善慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者的焦虑状态,对减轻抑郁状态亦有影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular points plaster therapy on anxiety and depression patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.Methods 60 anxiety and depression patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group（n=30）and treatment group（n=30）.The control group was given routine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） mental nursing,while the treatment group was given auricular points plaster therapy besides the treatment of control group.The points were heart,kidney,sympathetic,subcortex and shenmen.Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and Self-rating depression scale（SDS） were conducted before treatment and 14 d after treatment in two groups.Results After treatment,SAS score of both groups decreased,and the treatment group was superior to control group（P〈0.05）,and SDS score of both groups decreased,and significant difference showed before and after treatment.Conclusion Auricular points plaster therapy could significantly improve the anxiety status and slightly alleviate depression status of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.
