摘要 光电容积脉搏波(PPG)可用于心血管健康状态的分析。以STM8L051F3低功耗单片机为核心,设计了一款便携式无线光电容积脉搏波采集系统。系统的信号调理电路采用轨对轨高精度低噪声运放,信号经单片机采集后通过无线蓝牙通信模块传输至PC。在PC端利用加窗快速傅里叶变换(FFT)及Rife插值算法进行脉率计算。对5名受试者的脉率进行5min的连续监测,将测试结果与美国BIOPAC公司生产的多导生理记录仪的测试结果进行比对,结果表明,脉率测量的算术平均绝对误差约为0.4BPM。该系统可进一步应用于便携式心血管健康监护仪等仪器设备中。 Photoplethysmography(PPG)can be used in the analysis of cardiovascular health status.A portable wireless PPG acquisition system is designed,with the core of STM8L051F3 low power consumption MCU.Rail-precision-low noise operational amplifier is adopted in signal condition circuit,signal is transmitted to the PC through wireless bluetooth communication module after single chip collection.The algorithm of windows and Rife interpolation FFT is used to calculate pulse rate on the PC.Continuous monitoring of pulse rate was done to five subjects in 5minutes,the result of the device was compared with the multipurpose polygraph which is produced by BIOPAC company in the United States,the results show that the arithmetical average absolute error is about 0.4BPM.The system can be extended to portable cardiovascular health care and other equipment.
