Lp-PLA2及 hs-CRP 联合检测与2型糖尿病早期肾病的相关性探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中脂蛋白相关磷脂酶 A2(Lp-PLA2)、超敏 C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP),分析并探讨 Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP 对2型糖尿病患者早期肾病的影响。方法设立单纯 T2DM 组、T2DM 合并早期肾脏病变组、健康对照组,分别检测每组对象身高、体质量、血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂、肝功能、肾功能、尿微量白蛋白、Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP,并对各组间数据进行统计学分析处理。结果 Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP 在糖尿病合并早期肾病组与单纯 T2DM 组、对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P 〈0.05)。结论 Lp-PLA2在糖尿病早期肾病组增高明显,且与其他各组间有差别,Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP 联合检测可作为糖尿病早期肾病的危险因素,对临床预测糖尿病早期肾病的发生有一定价值。 Objective To detect the serum level of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2)and super sensitive C-reactive protein( hs-CRP)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),to analyze and discuss the effect of Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP on early nephropathy in patients with T2DM. Methods The simple T2DM group,T2DM combined with early nephropathy group and healthy control group was set up. The height,weight,blood pressure,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),blood lipids,liver function,renal function,urinary albumin,Lp-PLA2,hs-CRP of the three groups were detected. Then all of the data were statistically analyzed. Results Lp-PLA2,hs-CRP in the T2DM combined with early nephropathy group were significantly higher than those in the simple T2DM group and the control group,the differences were significant(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The combined detection of Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP can be used as risk factors for early diabetic nephropathy,and have a certain value for predicting the occurrence of early diabetic nephropathy.
