摘要 高浓度氧气对肺组织造成的明确毒性作用是急性肺损伤(ALI),虽然已经证明高氧会引起肺泡上皮细胞的凋亡和坏死,但是 PI3K/ Akt 信号通路在肺泡上皮细胞的凋亡和坏死中起到什么作用,到目前为止尚未明确。且目前抗细胞凋亡方法缺乏有效性及特异性。故深入研究和理解 PI3K/ Akt 信号通路在高氧急性肺损伤中的作用机制,为临床治疗提供指导,同时为其他原因所致急性肺损伤的研究提供参考。 The clear toxicity of high concentration oxygen for lung tissue is acute lung injury (ALI),although it has been proved that hyperoxia can cause the apoptosis and necrosis of alveolar epi-thelial cells,but the effect of PI3K/ Akt signaling pathway on alveolar epithelial cell apoptosis and necro-sis,so far has not been clear,and the anti apoptosis methods are lack of effectiveness and specificity. Therefore,in-depth study and understanding of the mechanism of PI3K/ Akt signaling pathway in hyper-oxia induced acute lung injury,providing guidance for clinical treatment,and can also provide reference for the study of other causes of acute lung injury.
