中共对第二次国共合作共同纲领的诉求

The CPC's Demands for the Common Program of the Second KMT-CPC Cooperation

共同纲领问题是第二次国共合作过程中一个重大问题,然而学界对此长期以来存在两种截然不同的观点。一种观点认为存在共同纲领,即国民党临时全国代表大会制定的《抗战建国纲领》;一种观点认为根本就不存在共同纲领。厘清此问题的前提是要仔细梳理中共关于共同纲领的诉求过程,在此基础上将其置于国共关系演变的历史场域,充分考虑中共对共同纲领原则基础的认识变化,从整个抗战期间这一长时段加以考量。中共关于共同纲领问题的认识变化,为我们深刻理解战时国共关系的复杂多变提供了一个重要视角。

The common program is a big issue in the process of the second KMT-CPC cooperation,for which the academic circles had two distinct views for a long time. One view is that there exists the common program which was the ＂program of the national reconstruction during the war of resistance against Japan＂formulated by the temporary National Congress of the KMT. The another is that there is not the common program at all. The premise to clarify this issue is to carefully comb the CPC ‘s demand process about the common program,and then on the basis,to place it in the historical field of relationship evolution between KMT and CPC,fully consider the CPC＇s cognitive change about the basis of common program principle,and consider the issue from the perspective of long period time of Anti-Japanese. Understanding the cognition changes of the CPC on the common program provides an important perspective for us to deeply understand the complex and changeable relationship between the KMT and the CPC in the war time.
