城市化进程中我国土地资源可持续利用的困境与治理

The Dilemma and Governance of Land Resources Sustainable Utilization in the Process of Urbanization in China

土地是最主要的自然资源,是人类赖以生存的基础性资源,是不可替代的生产资料。土地的可持续利用是人类社会长期生存和发展的根本保障,也是促进经济社会可持续发展的必要条件。近些年来,随着我国城市(镇)化的快速推进,作为城市空间载体的土地资源却显得更加稀缺,并陷入诸多困境,严重制约了我国城市化的进程和城市经济的协调可持续发展。城市土地资源的合理和可持续利用已成为人们普遍关注的热点问题之一,本文对此进行了探讨。

Land is the main natural resource,the foundation of human survival and irreplaceable means of production. The sustainable use of land resources is the fundamental guarantee of human survival and development. The sustainable use of land resources is also the basis for sustainable development of social economy. In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,as carrier of urban space,the land resources is more scarce and gets into many difficulties,which restricts seriously the process of urbanization and the sustainable development of urban economy of our country. Rational and sustainable utilization of urban land resource has become one of the hot issues and widely concerned by people. This paper discusses about this issue and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
