Zhu Kezhen's Concept of University Talent Cultivation and Its Modern Meaning

竺可桢在主政浙江大学14年中形成的人才培养理念,无论是智育、德育、体育还是美育等内容,都给我们今天的高等教育人才培养带来了诸多启示。本文对其大学人才培养理念的主要内容进行了总结,分析了其人才培养理念形成的缘由,并就今天的人才培养带来的启示进行详尽的阐释,以期为今天的人才培养提供借鉴。

Zhu Kezhen＇s concept of talent cultivation formed during his 14 years＇ presiding at Zhejiang University as a principal,which brings many inspirations on today＇s talent cultivation of higher education,not only on intellectual education,moral education,physical education but also on aesthetic education. In order to provide references for current innovative talent cultivation,this paper summarizes the main contents of Zhu Kezhen＇s concept of talent cultivation,analyzes the reasons that Zhu Kezhen＇s concept of talents cultivation formed and gives detailed explanation to the current enlightenments brought by his concept of talent cultivation.
