家具板材封边耐水蒸气性能影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 探讨了热熔胶种类、涂胶温度、封边压力、封边高度等因素对浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板PVC封边耐水蒸气性能的影响。结果表明,这些因子对封边质量影响显著。使用PVC封边带封边时,推荐涂胶温度200~210℃、压力0.4~0.6 MPa,封边带高度略高于板件侧边。 The effects of hot-melt adhesive, coating temperature, banding pressure and banding height on edge banding performance of wood-based panel furniture were investigated. The results indicated the~ thctors significantly affected edge banding performance. The recommend banding parameters using PVC edge banding was as follows: coating temperature 200 - 210 ℃, pressure 0.4 - 0.6 MPa, and retaining edgeband should be slightly higher than the side of panel reserved.
