文章通过分析伊春市政府经济职能、文化职能、生态职能和社会职能4个方面的履行现状及存在问题,依据指导思想和三大原则,对禁伐后的伊春市政府进行职能定位研究,并提出相应的保障措施。

By analyzing the status of executing economic, cultural, ecological and social functions of Yichun municipal government and existing problem, the article carries out studies on the function orientation of Yichun municipal government following the logging ban based on the guiding thoughts and three principles; it also proposes some corresponding guarantee measures.
