改革背景下内蒙古国有林区生态旅游产业发展的压力、动力及出路 被引量:7

摘要 通过对内蒙古国有林区生态旅游产业发展的"压力-动力-出路"体系分析,得出以下结论:近年来内蒙古国有林区生态旅游产业发展较快,但在第三产业中的产值比重有所下降,规模化程度不高;林区生态旅游产业发展的主要压力来自基础设施建设相对薄弱、客观经济环境较差、生态旅游产品单一及专业人才不足等;林区生态旅游产业发展的主要动力包括资源优势和产业吸引力、产业自身发展效益及政策扶持和改革保障。综合林区生态旅游产业发展现状及发展压力和动力,最终提出其发展出路来自2个方向:一是政府支持和政策保障,二是林区企业自身的增强及探索。 Through the analysis of the Pressure-Motivation-Outlet(PMO) system, the following conclusions are drawn. Firstly, the ecological tourism industry in Inner Mongolia is developing rapidly, but the proportion of output value in the third industry has declined, the scale is not high. Secondly, the main pressure of the development of ecological tourism comes from the following aspects: the infrastructure construction is relatively weak, the objective economic environment is poor, and the lack of ecological tourism products and professional personnel, etc.Thirdly, the main driving force for the development of ecological tourism industry includes resource advantages and industry attractions, industry development benefits and the reform of state-owned forest regions to support the industry development. Finally, two outlets are put forward to promote the development of the ecological tourism industry. One is based on government support, the other is by the enterprises themselves.
