急倾斜极近距离煤层联合开采采煤方法研究 被引量:11

摘要 为了解决急倾斜极近距离薄厚煤层开采时回采巷道布置困难,通风条件差等问题,根据新疆拜城大宛其煤矿的煤层地质条件,比较研究了水平分段迈步式放顶煤采煤方法、伪倾斜整体顶梁组合悬移支架放顶煤采煤方法,选出了一种适合急倾斜极近距离煤层联合开采的放顶煤采煤方法,将急倾斜极近距离2层煤作联合开采,在2层煤间布置倾角为30°的联络斜巷,形成U型通风的采煤方法,即优选用水平分段迈步式放顶煤采煤工艺。结果表明:该采煤方法改善了工作面的作业环境,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,采出率达到了85%,工作面的生产能力达到了40万t/a。 In order to solve the problems of difficult roadway layout and poor ventilation during the mining of ultra-contiguous steep coal seams( thin and thick) , two top coal caving methods including horizontal sectional step type top coal caving and false-inclined top beam overall combination suspend-shift support mining with subievel caving were compared based on the geological conditions of the steep coal seams in Dawanqi Coal Mine in Baicheng of Xinjiang, and one method suitable for combined mining of ultra-contiguous steep coal seams was selected.Two ultra-contiguous steep coal seams were mined unitedly by excavating 30° inclined lane between them and forming a U-shaped ventilation ,which actually was the horizontal sectional step type top coal caving method. Results indicated that the combined mining method improved the working environment in coal face, and reduced the labor intensity of workers and increased the production effi- ciency.The extraction rate reached to 85% and the production capacity of working face was up to 0.4 Mt/a.
