摘要 针对国内综采工作面数字化程度低导致的各控制子系统间相互孤立,无法实现相互连锁和联动、信息传输实时性差、系统故障率高且难以查找等迫切需要解决的问题,分析了煤矿综采工作面数字式智能化落后现状,重点研究讨论数字式煤矿综采工作面在集控系统、采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架、供电、通信及视频监控等方面的应用技术;同时针对数字式煤矿综采工作面的应用及综合效益做了详实数据分析;探讨了无人化、数字化综采工作面发展技术的方向,为其他煤矿综采工作面数字式智慧化升级提供借鉴。 According to mutual independence between each control subsystem caused by the low digitalization degree of the domestic fully -mechanized coal mining face, the mutual interlock and linkage hard to be realized, poor performance of real time information transmis- sion, high system fault rate and hard to search and other problems to be solved urgently, the paper analyzed the backward status on the dig- ital intelligent of the fully-mechanized coal mining face in the coal mine and had a focal study and discussion on the centralized control system, coal shearer, scraper conveyor, hydraulic powered supports, electric power supply, communication, video monitoring and control and other applied technology of the fully-mechanized coal mining in the digital mine. Meanwhile, according to the application and comprehen- sive benefits of the fully-mechanized coal mining face in the digital mine, a detail data analysis was conducted. The paper had a discussion on the technical development tendency of the unmanned and digitalized fully-mechanized coal mining face in order to provide the refer- ences to the digital and intelligent upgrading of the fully-mechanized coal mining face in other mines.
