摘要
艾芬豪矿业公司(Ivanhoe Mines Limited)是一家著名的初级矿业公司,曾成功运作多个大型矿业项目。文章着眼于艾芬豪前CEO罗伯特·弗里兰德的个人经历、性格特点,从矿业投资风险管控和市场运作的角度对艾芬豪运作项目的背景、手法和商业模式做了研究和总结,并与我国矿业海外投资的现状做了比较,提出看法与建议,供同行参考。
Ivanhoe Mines Limited is a famous junior mining company and has successfully operated several mining projects.On the basis of analyzing the character and personal experience of Mr. Robert · Fridland, ex-CEO of Ivanhoe Mines, a project background and operation manner of Ivanhoe were studied and summarized in fields of mining investment risk management and marketing operation, and then compared with current situation of Chinese overseas mining investment.In the end, the suggestions for Chinese overseas mining investment were proposed.
