基于Web的换热站SCADA系统设计

Design of Heat Exchanger Station SCADA System Based on Web

随着计算机、自动化和网络技术的发展,换热站监控系统规模越来越大,传统SCADA系统无法满足综合监控和复杂业务处理的需求。研究基于Web的换热站SCADA系统的设计,依托实验室现有设备,模拟水水直混式换热站工作过程,采用i FIX组态、Portal信息门户等相关技术,将现场实时监控画面及数据发布到Internet中,使用户虽远离现场,亦可了解现场情况,实现对工业现场信息的远程监控,具有实际意义。

This paper focuses on the research of SCADA of heat exchanger based on Web.Simulate the water straight mixed type heat exchanger based on the laboratory equipment.The system adopts IFIX, Portal technology to publish the real time monitoring pictures and data to the Internet quickly.The manager can understand the situation though away from the scene.
