摘要
纯数字仿真难以精确模拟真实控制对象,给出了一种基于Simulink串口通信模块及数据采集卡构建半实物仿真系统的实现方法,使Simulink设计的控制器可以直接控制真实的被控对象,从而达到理想的控制器设计效果。系统由以C8051F020单片机为核心设计的硬件板卡和上位机软件组成,上位机软件为MATLAB,计算机和数据采集板之间采用USB转串口芯片CP2102实现通信,根据通信协议,上位机可与多个单片机进行通信,可以构成功能完善的数据采集与控制平台。
This paper presents a method of realization of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system based on the Simulink serial communication modules and data acquisition card,which makes the controller can directly control the real object to realize the ideal effect.The system is constructed with the hardware,which is based on the C8051F020,and the upper com- puter software,which is based on MATLAB.The communication between computer and the data acquisition card is based on the USB turn a serial port chip CP2102.By the communication protocol,upper computer can communicate with multi-SCM, which means that it can make a thorough data acquisition and control platform.
