摘要
文章旨在行业新常态大背景下,就综合型勘察设计院文旅版块转型模式进行探索性研究。从0到1,即是从传统行业盘整过后的"原点"出发重新梳理自身优势和传统设计业务盈利模式,寻找出特定历史时期的特定核心竞争力,并以此为基础形成总包模式统领下的专业化全产业链生产模式;然后从1到0,即是从"专业"全产业链模式逐渐升级到"行业"全产业链模式,在大旅游主线下形成上达文化统筹和产业规划,下至带资建设和运营管理的全行业产业链闭环,使得设计链条本体从单一产品支持端变为全产业供给端;最后从0再到1,即是从行业闭环中控制结果和目标导向,利用平台做输出,将投融资、旅游发展运营、智慧产品和文化传播渠道等支点影响最大化并反推设计及实施过程,目的明确的形成设计行业内外延及上下游链条联动。
In the context of new normal industry, this paper aims to explore Culture and Tourism Forum transition model at the integrated survey and Design Institute. First is from 0 to 1, that is, departing from the "origin" after the traditional industry consolidation, to revalue its own advantages and the profit model of traditional design, to locate a specific historical period of specific core competitiveness, and to employ it as the foundation for the specialization of the whole industry chain mode of production led by the EPC model. Followed by 1 to 0, that is, to gradually upgrade the whole industry chain model from the "professional" mode to the "industry" mode. Under the main line of tourism to establish the cultural and industrial planning, as well as a closed loop of the whole industry chain from capital construction to operational management, making the design chainitself from a single product support to the overall supply across the industry. And finally from 0 to 1, that is, to control results and orient goals within the closed-loop of the industry, to utilize the platform as the output, and to channel investment and financing, tourism development operations, intellectual products and cultural transmission to maximize the impact and reverse the design and implementation process. Ultimately it is to form a clear extension of the design industry and upstream and downstream chain linkage.
