动车组蓄电池单节状态监测装置研制 被引量:1

摘要 为保证动车组辅助电源系统的可靠性,提出了一种蓄电池单节状态监测装置。该装置采用了Linear公司的电池监测芯片LTC6803和ST公司的32位微控制器STM32F105,对其硬件电路和软件进行了设计,并在实验室环境和动车组运行环境进行了数据实测。测试结果表明,该装置可以对动车组辅助电源系统蓄电池组的单体电压、充放电电流、温度及电池剩余容量等参数进行精确的实时监测。当蓄电池组处于非正常状态时能进行及时预警,成功保证了电池组的安全,有效延长了电池组的使用寿命。 In order to ensure the reliability of the auxiliary power supply unit,this paper proposes a new kind of single cell battery state monitoring device.The device adopted LTC6803 battery monitoring chip of Linear company and 32-bit microcontroller STM32F105 of ST company to design its hardware circuit and software.The operating data of the device is measured in the laboratory environment and the EMU running environment.Test results shows that the device could monitor accurately the parameters of the battery of auxiliary power supply unit,such as single cell voltage,charge and discharge current,temperature,the residual capacity of battery and so on.The device could be timely warning when the battery is in abnormal state.So it could successfully ensure the safety of the battery pack and extend effectively the battery's service life.
