黄文政真武汤治疗水肿(阴水)验案1则

Experience of Treating Edema(Yin Edema) with Zhenwu Decoction by HUANG Wenzheng(黄文政)

黄文政教授认为肺失通调、脾失转运、肾失开阖,体内水液潴留,泛滥肌肤,发为水肿,善用经方治疗,以真武汤加减辨证治疗水肿(阴水),温补肾阳为主,临证注重药物比例及配伍,配合养阴、化气利水、活血通络等行气活血,通利水湿,水肿自除。黄师运用真武汤不拘原文,究其本质,临床表现结合既往病史,其本于肾阳虚弱,其标在水湿内聚,兼有阴虚血瘀,化裁真武汤,温肾阳治其本,配合养阴、化气利水、活血通络等药物,使气行则无滞,血活则无瘀,以达通利水湿,温肾利水,益气活血养阴之效。

Huang is efficient at using classical prescription to treat diseases, just like using Zhenwu decoction to treat edema（Yin edema） based on tonifying kidney-Yang. What＇s more, Pro. Huang usually pays attention to the proportion of drugs and compatibility during treatment. In this case, his treatment combines with nourishing Yin, promoting Qi circulation to induce diuresis, and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction to remove edema. The nature of a disease is what Pro. Huang focus on. In this case, insufficiency of kidney-Yang is the main contradiction, who lead to the retention of water and dampness. So Pro. Huang based on the principle of tonifying kidney-Yang by using Zhenwu decoction, at the same time using some drugs who have the functions of nourishing Yin, promoting Qi circulation to induce diuresis, and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction to treat Yin edema.
