半夏厚朴汤治疗老年咳嗽随机平行对照研究

Banxiahoupu Soup Treatment Elderly Cough Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察半夏厚朴汤治疗老年咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组90例枸橼酸喷托维林,25mg/次,3次/d。治疗组90例半夏厚朴汤(姜半夏、厚朴各12g,茯苓20g,生姜片、苏叶、苏梗、北杏仁、百部炙、紫苑灸各10g;黄痰明显加黄芩、桑白皮;咽痛加玄参、桔梗;气上冲合三拗汤、麻黄炙;胁肋疼痛加川楝子、元胡),1剂/d,早晚口服,500mL/次。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈40例,有效46例,无效4例,总有效率95.56%。对照组痊愈34例,有效44例,无效12例,总有效率86.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏厚朴汤治疗老年咳嗽疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe Banxiahoupu senile cough efficacy. The treatment group 90 cases Banxiahoupu （Jiangbanxia, Houpu each 12g, Fuling 20g, Shengjaingpian, Suye, Sugeng, Beixingren, Baibu, Ziyuan each 10g; yellow sputum obvious plus Huangqin, Sangbaipi; pharynx pain plus Xuanshen, Jiegeng; Chong together Sanaotang, Mahuang; flank pain plus Chuanjiezi,Yuanhu）, a/d, sooner or later, oral, 500 mL/times. 7d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 40 cases, effective 46 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 95.56%. The control group recovered 34 cases, effective 44 cases, ineffective in 12 cases, the total efficiency of 86.67%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Banxiahoupu senile cough results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
