平肝降压汤联合辛伐他汀与氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压合并高血脂随机平行对照研究

To Discuss the Clinical Value of the Flat Liver Step-Down Soup Combine with Simvastatin and Hydrochlorothiazide for the High Blood Pressure with Hyperlipidemia Patients

[目的]观察平肝降压汤联合辛伐他汀与氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压合并高血脂疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组40例辛伐他汀,10mg/d,睡前口服;氢氯噻嗪,25~100mg/d,分成1~2次口服。治疗组40例平肝降压汤(浙贝母4g,甘草6g,车前子、桑叶各10g,菊花12g,荷叶、生山楂、川牛膝、草决明、钩藤、天麻、白术~炒各15g,黄芪~炙20g,茯苓30g;口苦心烦加黄芩、龙胆草、郁金各15g;乏力加香加皮10g,党参~炒15g;便秘加瓜蒌15g;失眠加夜交藤、珍珠母各30g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、舒张压、收缩压、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]舒张压、收缩压、TG、TC、LDL-C两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);HDL-C治疗组明显改善(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]平肝降压汤联合辛伐他汀与氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压合并高血脂,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To discuss the clinical value of the Flat Liver step-clown soup combine with Simvastatin and hydrochlorothiazide for the High blood pressure with Hyperlipidemia patients. [Method] According to the random parallel control method ,dividing 80 cases of patients into two groups. 40 cases of patients in the control group by using Simvastatin for treatment, 10 mg/d, oral befoe sleeping. Hydrochlorthiazide, 25-100 mg/ d, divided into 1-2 times. 40 cases of patients in the treatment group by using the Flat Liver step-down soup （Zhejiang fritillary 4g, licorice 6g, semen plantagins, mulberry leaf each 10g, chrysanthemum 12g, lotus leaf, raw haw thorn, radix cyathulae, cassia occidentalis, gastrodia elata, fired atractylodes each 15g, astragalus membranceus 20g, poria cocos 30g; bitter taste and upset patients add scutellaria,felwort,turmeric 15g; wak patients add cortex periplocae lOg, fry dangshen 15g; constipation patients add fructus 15g, insomnia patients add tuber fleeceflower stem,cincha margaritiferallsta 30g）a dose of every day, decoct with 300mL water,drinking in the morning and night.western drug is same to the control group, once period treatment is 15 days. to compare the clinical symptoms, DBP, SBP, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, adverse reactions, treatment for 6 period. to observe the clinical value of two groups patients. [Result] Diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, TC, TG, LDL-C two groups were improved （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, HDL-C treatment group was significantly improved （P〈0.05）, the control group had no significant change （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The Flat Liver stepdown soup combine with Simvastatin and hydrochlorothiazide is very useful for the High blood pressure with Hyperlipidemia patients, and it＇s has no serious adverse reaeations, it has highly application valuable.
