针灸+推拿治疗青年肝郁脾虚慢性疲劳综合征随机平行对照研究

Acupuncture and Massage in the Treatment of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in Youth Randomized parallel Control Study

[目的]观察针灸+推拿治疗青年肝郁脾虚慢性疲劳综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院及门诊患者按抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例针刺(华佗牌1.5~3寸毫针);直刺百会、足三里,三阴交、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞.膀胱俞、胆俞、三焦俞,留针30min/次,隔日1次。治疗组60例推拿,掌按、压、摩和拇指平推、四肢搓、抖背部督脉和膀胱经,头部按法,30min/次;针刺治疗同对照组。连续治疗10次为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(30次),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈36例,显效16例,有效3例,无效5例,总有效率91.67%;对照组痊愈40例,显效19例,有效0例,无效1例,总有效率98.33%;临床疗效总有效率治疗组与对照组疗效无差异(P>0.05),愈显率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸+推拿治疗青年肝郁脾虚慢性疲劳综合征,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the acupuncture and massage in the treatment of young liver stagnation and spleen deficiency chronic fatigue syndrome curative effect. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw. The control group of 60 cases of acupuncture （1.5 Hua Tuo brand to 3 inch needle）; piercing Baihui and Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Ganshu, Pishu, Shenshn. Pangguangshu, Danshu, s, for 30 min/time, 1 times a day. The treatment group of 60 cases, massage, palm pressing pressure, friction and thumb flat push limbs, rubbing, shaking back Du Meridian and bladder meridian, head according to the law, 30min/; acupuncture treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 10 times for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses （30 times）, to determine the efficacy. [Resules] The treatment group 36 cases were cured, 16 eases markedly effective, 3 eases effective, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 91.67%; control group 40 cases were cured, 19 eases markedly effective, 0 cases effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 98.33%; the total clinical effective rate of treatment group and the control group with no difference （P〉O.05）, markedly effective rate of treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Acupuncture and massage in the treatment of youth of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency chronic fatigue syndrome, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
