国家大数据战略给图书情报领域研究带来的机遇

Opportunities Brought by the National Big Data Strategy from the Perspective of Library and Information Science

在大数据时代,发达国家纷纷将发展大数据作为国家战略,全面支持各个领域的大数据发展与应用。相比于西方发达国家,中国在国家层面上的大数据应用依然面临若干风险与挑战。实施国家大数据战略给图书情报领域研究带来新的任务:构建面向国家大数据战略实施的支撑体系,解决实施国家大数据战略的法律保障、国家大数据战略实施效果的测度、国家战略层面的大数据信息安全管控与预警、大数据产业规划的科学性等问题。

In the era of big data, developed countries treat the development of national big data as national strategic, and support the development and application of national big data in every domain. Compared with the developed countries, China still faces many strategic risks and challenges dealing with big data on national level. We could explore opportunities brought by the national big data strategy from the library and information perspective. We should construct the supporting system for the implementation of national big data strategy, to address problems of legal protection, effectiveness measure, management and control of security, early warning of security, and scientific planning of big data industry, etc.
