Flexible Segmentation on Network Users of University Library

图书馆用户研究是图书馆学研究领域中的重要内容,有助于图书馆有的放矢地提供知识服务。运用K-Means快速聚类分析的方法,以问卷调查所获得的大学图书馆网络用户的信息行为数据为基础数据源,进行大学图书馆网络用户的初始细分。在此基础上借助形式概念分析(FCA)的方法构建大学图书馆网络用户概念格,基于用户概念格对大学图书馆网络用户进行柔性化细分。研究表明,大学图书馆网络用户细分呈现多维性、灵活性与交叠性的特征。

Library user research is an important content in the field of library science, which helps the library to provide knowledge services in a targeted way. Using K-Means clustering analysis method, this paper carries on the initial segmentation of university library network users based on the information behavior data of university library network users. On the basis of this, network user concept lattice of university library is constructed by means of Formal Concept Analysis （ FCA）, and the flexible segmentation of university library network users is executed based on the network user concept lattice. The result shows that the network user segmentation of university library presents the characteristics of multidimensionality, flexibility and overlap.
