摘要
建立从高良姜中制备山柰素对照品的方法,结合吸附树脂和制备型高效液相色谱对高良姜乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过IR、MS和NMR进行结构鉴定,分析型HPLC面积归一化法进行纯度检查和含量测定,得山柰素对照品纯度符合国家药典要求,质量分数大于99.8%,建立的制备方法简单,对照品纯度高,可作为山柰素药效物质基础研究的标准对照品。
A preparation method of kaempferide reference substance from Alpinia officinarum Hance was established; the extract from Alpinia officinarum Hance was isolated and purified by adsorption resin and preparative HPLC. The structure of kaempferide reference substance was identified by IR, MS and NMR. The purity of the product was quantitated by analytical HPLC area normalization method, the mass fraction was above 99.8%. This method is effective for preparation of kaempferide with high purity. It can be used to prepare the reference substances for the quantitative analysis of Chinese materia medica.
