摘要
柴油加氢反应是工业中改善油品性质的重要途径,具有高温高压的特点,装置不可缺少安全泄压的安全阀,其种类较多,在加氢反应系统中起到重要的保护作用。柴油加氢反应分为传统加氢反应和液相加氢反应,通过对传统加氢反应和液相加氢反应的对比,论述了这两种加氢反应部分安全阀的设置特点。
Diesel hydrotreating process is an important approach to improve diesel properties in petrochemical industry, which is characterized by high temperature and high pressure, and the safety valves must be used in the process, they are indespensable for hydrotreating units and play an important protective role in the hydrogenation reaction system. Diesel hydrotreating process consists of the traditional hydrotreating process and the liquid-phase hydrotreating process. Through the comparison of the above two processes, installing charateristics of safety valves located in reaction section of both hydrotreating processes were discussed.
