摘要
针对智能制造大环境下对工业现场第一手数据高效获取的需求,研制了一款在线多组分气体分析仪。仪器采用基于NDIR(非分光红外辐射)技术的数字传感器S-MODULE作为主要检测设备,以STM32F407作为微控制器,完成了S-MODULE传感器驱动电路,温度控制和压力补偿电路的硬件方案设计。同时完成了以嵌入式实时操作系统RT-Thread作为架构平台的软件框架设计和线程设计。针对仪器结果受环境压力影响的状况,对仪器输出结果采用非线性拟合的方法进行校正。实验表明,仪器具有较高的精度。
Aiming at the demand for efficient access to the raw data of industrial scene in the era of intelligent manufacturing,an online multi-gased analyzer was developed.The device applied S-MODULE digital sensor as main detection method,which was based on a technology called NDIR(non-dispersive infrared radiation).Device took a piece of STM32F407 chip as the microcontroller,finishing the hardware design of S-MODULE,sensor driving circuit,temperature control and pressure compensation circuit.Software frame design and thread design were finished based on the embedded real-time operation system RT-Thread.Due to the fact that the instrument output result is affected by the environment pressure,nonlinear fitting method is used to correct the measurement result.The experiment shows that the instrument has high precision.
