摘要 针对充填工作面工作环境的复杂性,现有的井下有线充填液压支架压力监测系统布线不可靠性等问题,提出了一种基于Zig Bee技术的充填液压支架压力监测系统。该系统利用无线分站采集数据并结合CAN总线进行数据传输,实现了对充填液压支架无线网络传输全覆盖的在线监测。监测结果表明:该系统明显提高了数据的传输速率,同时又验证了该系统能够实时、准确以及稳定监测压力数据的变化。 In view of environment complexity of filling mining face and wiring unreliability for the pressure monitoring system of cable filling hydraulic support,a filling hydraulic support monitoring system based on Zig Bee technology was put forward.The wireless substation in this system was used to collect data,and the CAN bus was combined for data transmission.The full cover online monitoring for wireless network transmission of filling hydraulic support was realized.The test result shows that the transfer rate of data is improved significantly,and the change of pressure data can be supervised real-timely and accurately.
