摘要
本文主要介绍了一种用于测试卫星有效载荷信息处理箱接口功能的地面检测设备以及该地面检测设备的相关设计工作。具体设计包括了地面检测设备的硬件与接口设计、PCI卡驱动程序的设计、FPGA功能设计、以及配套软件的编写设计。该地面检测设备可以模拟信息处理箱外围6台设备针对信息处理箱的通讯RS422接口、OC及复位指令接口、AD采集接口、二维指向镜接口进行测试,保证信息处理箱的控制功能正常,为该载荷实际在轨运行提供了可靠的保障。该地面检测设备的研制摆脱了传统的人工复杂测试,便于信息处理箱进行地面测试,及时发现问题,对于星载信息处理箱能够良好的实际执行任务有着重要的意义。
This paper introduces a ground testing equipment for testing a satellite payload informationprocessing box interface functions and the related design work of the ground testing equipment. Thespecific design includes hardware and interface design of the ground testing equipment, PCI card driverdesign, FPGA functional design, as well as supporting the preparation of design software. The groundtesting equipment can simulate six peripheral devices of the information processing box for testing thecommunication RS422 interface, OC and reset command interface, AD acquisition interface, and two-dimensional pointing mirror interfaces of the information processing box, it can ensure that theinformation processing box controlling functions properly, and provide a reliable guarantee for the actualpayload in orbit. The development of the ground testing equipment escapes from the traditional andcomplex manual testing, and tests the information processing box on ground easily. So, it can identifyproblems in time, and have great significance for the satellite payload information processing boxexecuting the tasks in practical well.
