摘要
针对一种产品中双冗余Pt热电阻温度传感器的转换电路分析的需求,首先,研究了Pt热电阻温度传感器的温度特性和测温原理;再采用orCAD/PSpice对转换电路进行了仿真分析,推导出转换电路的函数关系,对转换函数进行了计算分析,明确了电路输出电压与输入温度之间存在良好的线性关系;电路实验也验证了对转换部件分析结果的正确性;最后实现了产品的改进设计和工程应用。实际工程应用的结果表明,电路分析的结果正确,能有效指导测温转换电路的调试和检测。
Point at circuit analysis requirement for the transfer circuit of a dual redundant Pt thermalresistance temperature sensor, first, the temperature characteristics and temperature-measuring principleof Pt thermal resistance sensors were studied; Second, the transducer circuit from Pt thermal resistanceto voltage was analyzed with orCAD/PSpice software tool and transfer functions were derived fromtransfer circuit, and the linear relation was indicated clearly between input temperature and outputvoltage; Third, the test circuit board of the transducer was built to verify the correctness in the processof theoretical analysis ; At last, the improvement design has been realized, and the product has been putinto engineering application. The results of engineering application show that the analysis results arecorrect and test and checkout could be directed effectively with these ones.
