嘎狗噜对肢体缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的抗炎作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 肢体缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia reperfusion injury,IRI)是一种临床常见损伤,处理不当会引起严重的临床后果。其病理生理机制十分复杂,包括细胞凋亡、氧化应激、钙超载、血管内皮损伤、缺血后的微循环障碍等方面,而炎症反应在其发生发展过程中起着重要的作用[1-2],发生IRI会刺激机体炎性细胞在肢体的聚集,同时表达产生大量的炎性细胞因子,而这些炎性因子反过来刺激更多的炎性反应,加重再灌注损伤。
