奥尔夫音乐治疗方法对孤独症儿童的实践研究

20世纪70年代,国外一些音乐治疗师在奥尔夫音乐教育理念的基础上建立了奥尔夫音乐治疗体系,经过多年的临床实践取得了很好的效果。笔者根据长年在孤独症儿童领域应用奥尔夫方法的实践经验,阐述了奥尔夫音乐治疗方法的应用原理,并从奥尔夫乐器、奥尔夫嗓音游戏和歌唱、动作和舞蹈以及奥尔夫音乐剧各个元素论述了在孤独症儿童治疗中应用的特点。同时也对治疗师和患者之间关系、治疗内容设计以及计划和应用分别做了思考和探讨。

In 1970 s,some foreign music therapists based on the Orff-schulwerk to create the Orff music therapy method and achieved good results through these years of clinical practice.Author based on the clinical experience of applying Orff＇s method in autistic children,illustrated the principle of the Orff music therapy method,and summarized the different aspects of the Orff music therapy in treatment of autism through Orff instrument,Orff vocal games,chanting,movement and musical drama.Meanwhile,authors explored and discussed the relationship between the therapist and the patient,and talked about how to design the activities and plans.
