加强黑土耕地保护、发展生态农业是黑龙江农业可持续发展的必要条件和重要保障。在分析黑龙江省生态农业发展经验的基础上指出,未来应强化高标准基本农田建设、支持提升农业综合生产能力、突出抓好生态化建设、推广科学施肥用药,进而深入推进农业"三减"和黑土耕地保护,促进农业可持续发展。
