基于智慧社区的移动医疗系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Mobile Healthcare System Based on Intelligent Community

随着医疗水平的提高,人们对于医疗服务的需求不断增加。然而由于目前医疗系统的不完善导致就医渠道少、医院人满为患等问题。本文基于智慧社区模型,采用Spring MVC框架设计并搭建系统。PDA采集的临床体征数据及医嘱执行等信息会形成报表,通过互联网实时传输给远端的医生,医生能够通过PC或平板等智能设备查看并及时诊疗。临床应用表明,本系统缓解了居民看病难的问题,应用到社区医疗护理行业中是可行的,具有广阔的应用前景和参考价值。

People＇ s demand for health services keep rising in recent years. However, the current health system is not perfect enough, which leads to medical problems such as hard to see the doctor, and hospitals are overcrowded. This system is d^igned using the Spring MVC framework based on the intelligence community model. The clinical data including vital signs, orders, etc. collected by PDA will transmit to the doctors via Internet. Doctors can view and diagnose according to the data showed by forms via intelligent devices such as PC or tablet. Clinical application shows that this system relieves the problem of residents＇ health treatment, which can be applied to the community healthcare industry and is of great reference value.
