对北京市社区老旧医疗服务中心(站)适老性改造的思考——以八里庄社区服务中心为例

Medical Care Transformation of Health Service Centers(Station) in Beijing Old Community:A Case of the Old Community of Balizhuang Streets in Beijing

随着社会老龄化速度加快,居家养老逐渐成为老年人首选的背景下,老旧社区如何健全养老服务设施以支撑老年人安享晚年成为社会关注的主要问题。建立合理的医疗体系,把医疗引入到社区,实现社区老年人"老有所医"是居家养老的关键所在。该文以北京市朝阳区八里庄街道老旧社区为调研对象,通过对社区老年人问卷访谈,社区医疗卫生服务中心(站)功能布局及无障碍设计的调研,分析出目前老旧社区医疗设施现状问题,并针对以上问题,试图提出一些解决对策。

With the accelerated pace of social aging, based on the fact of home care has gradually become the elderly preferred background, how to improve the pension service facilities to support the elderly enjoying their twilight years in the old community has become the main issues of social concern. Establishment of a reasonable medical system and introduction of the medical community is the key to home care. In this paper, the old community of Balizhuang streets in Beijing Chaoyang District is used as the research object. Through interviews of community elderly people in the questionnaire, researching of the community health service center （station） functional layout and barrier free design, we do some analysis of the old community medical facilities present problems. Aiming at the above problems, we try to put forward some countermeasures.
