Chinese Elderly Facilities:Development History,Existing Problems and Trend Prospects

透视近十年我国在人口老龄化背景下的社会变迁,从政策法规、项目定位、养老模式、养老观念、运营管理、规划设计等方面回顾了我国老年建筑近十年的发展历程。结合实例,对现阶段我国老年建筑设计存在的盲目照搬规范、缺乏长远考虑、软硬件配合不足等突出问题进行了分析。基于现状,对"十三五"期间我国住宅的适老化改造设计、地区综合型养老设施的建设、医疗服务与养老机构的结合等发展趋势进行了展望。

This paper reviews the development history of elderly facilities in China during the last ten years from the aspects of policies and regulations, project orientation, pension mode, caring conception, operation management and architectural design under the social background of population aging. Through case studies, it analyses prominent problems of current elderly facility design, such as blind copy of design codes, lack of long-term consideration and insufficient coordination between software and hardware. Based on the present situation, it prospects the development trends of elderly facilities in China during the 13th Five-Year Plan, including design and reform of elderly housing, construction of regional comprehensive elderly facilities, and the combination of medical service and elderly facilities.
