社区织补，代际互助--构建人人共享的既有社区居住空间

Weaving the Community and Intergenerational Mutual Assistance:Constructing the Existing Community Residential Environment of All Ages

我国既有社区的老龄化率普遍高于社会平均水平,养老问题尤为突出,如人口构成老化、公共生活匮乏、适老环境恶化等,严重影响老年人身心发展与健康养老。以西安市纺织城工厂家属区为例,提出"社区织补"概念,通过改造、植入、链接、复制等设计方法,尝试构建多元化居住体系、互动性公共服务设施、安全性无障碍慢行系统、便利性公共开放空间,以期实现代际互助、人人共享、促进老年人积极老化的既有社区居住空间环境。

The situation of China＇ s aging population is severe, and the issue of existing community is particularly prominent, where the rate of aging population is generally higher than the social average level, the composition of the population is aging rapidly, the public life is in shortage, the residential environment adapting to the aged people is deteriorative, and the living style is simplex. All of these are severely affecting the physical and mental development of the aged people and their healthy aging life. Take the residential community of the factory in Xi＇ an Textile City as an example, this article proposes the concept of ＂weaving the community＂ through transformation, implantation, connection and duplication, to establish a diversified residential system, interactive public service facilities, safety accessible slow traffic system, and convenient public open spaces, so as to improve the community living network and construct an intergenerational mutual assistance community residential environment of all ages, and realize the goal of promoting active aging .
