摘要
国外建筑院校建筑史教学的主要内容与国内定义的外国建筑史部分高度重合,但教学组织方式各有特点。以圣路易斯华盛顿大学艾瑞克·芒福德教授主持的建筑历史Ⅱ(1880年伊始)为例,通过客观呈现该课程的教学内容、组织方式和主要特点,阐释多样的组织方式、完备的教学内容、开放的课程结构对强化学生的自主学习能力、构建整体的建筑史观、形成开放的学术视野的重要作用。对国外建筑院校建筑史教学的研究,可作为我国建筑史教学的重要借鉴。
The main issues of the architecture history courses in overseas colleges are highly coincident with the contents of western architectural history in Chinese universities. Meanwhile, the pedagogical organization of different colleges has their own distinctive features. This paper gives a detailed description of the Architecture History II: Architecture Since 1880, a course taught by Professor Eric Mumford, who is Rebecca and John Voyles Professor of Architecture at Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts, Washington University in St. Louis. The paper mainly illustrates the issues, curriculum and main features of the course which play an important role to strengthen the ability of autonomic learning, build a comprehensive perspective of architectural history and broaden the academic vision of the students through diversifying the organization, integrating the pedagogical content and opening curriculum frame of the course. It will provide an important reference for the architectural history pedagogy in China.
