护理干预对老年患者行腹部CT平扫+增强检查的应用探讨

Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients Undergoing Abdominal CT Scan and Enhancement Application Inspection Investigate

目的探讨护理干预对老年患者行腹部CT平扫+增强检查的影响力和效果。方法将96例行腹部CT平扫+增强的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。观察组进行检查前、检查中、检查后一系列护理干预,对照组检查前给予心理疏导、讲解介绍检查过程,肠道准备对比剂为温开水。比较二组扫描图像效果及不良反应发生率。结果观察组48例生理、心理稳定,5例发生不良反应,45例图像满意,成功率93.75%。对照组1例患者心慌、恶心、疼痛而躁动,2例患者碘对比剂静脉外渗,36例图像满意,成功率76%。经统计学处理,两组比较有显著差异性。结论采取护理干预的观察组患者腹部CT扫描质量优于对照组。

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention in elderly patients with abdominal CT scan and enhancement the impact and effectiveness of inspections. Methods 96 routine abdominal CT scan and enhancement were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 48 cases. Observation group for inspections, the inspection after a series of nursing intervention, the control group checks given psychological counseling, teaching the inspection process, bowel preparation contrast agent is warm water. Comparison of the two groups scanned image effects and incidence of side effects. Results There were 48 cases of physical, psychological stability, side effects occurred in 5 cases, 45 cases of image satisfaction, the success rate of 93.75%. One patient in the control group palpitation, nausea, pain and restlessness, 2 patients intravenous iodinated contrast extravasation, 36 cases of image satisfaction, the success rate of 76%. Statistically, the two groups had significant differences. Conclusions Nnursing intervention in patients with abdominal CT scan quality observation group than the control group.
