酚妥拉明与硫酸镁联合治疗重症支气管哮喘的疗效分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨酚妥拉明与硫酸镁治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 2012年2月至2014年2月本院收治的60例急性重度发作的哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组30例患者按常规给予治疗包括支气管扩张剂,抗感染,糖皮质激素及补液纠正电解质酸碱平衡紊乱等,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用酚妥拉明及硫酸镁治疗。结果酚妥拉明联合硫酸镁治疗重症支气管哮喘具有较好疗效,其临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论重症支气管哮喘应用酚妥拉明及硫酸镁治疗可提高疗效,且不良反应小,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma. MethodsIn our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 in 60 cases of acute severe attacks of asthma patients were randomly divided into to two groups, the control group of 30 patients treated according to conventional treatment including bronchodilators, anti infection, glucocorticoid and rehydration to correct electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders and other observed group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment. Results Phentolamine combined with sulfate magnesium in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma has good curative effect, the clinical curative effect was significantly better than the control group(P 〈0.01). Conclusion Severe bronchial asthma by phenol phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of can improve the curative effect and side effects of small, worth popularization and Application.
