综合护理措施对冠心病心绞痛患者的影响分析

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Measures on Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Angina Pectoris

目的研究综合护理措施对冠心病心绞痛患者的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2016年4月在东港市中医院,冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组50例,采取普通护理措施,试验组50例,在对照组护理的基础上应用综合护理措施,比较两组患者对于护理措施的满意度以及危险事件发生率。结果试验组护理满意度高于对照组,(P<0.05),试验组危险事件发生率低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者采取心理护理以及健康教育,可以明显降低其心理障碍程度,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods February 2015 to April 2016 in Donggang City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, in patients with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, were randomly divided into for 50 cases in the control group, taking the ordinary nursing measures, the experimental group of 50 cases, in the control group of nursing based on Application of comprehensive nursing measures, compared two groups of patients for nursing measures of satisfaction and dangerous events incidence. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The incidence of the risk events in the test group was lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing and health education for patients with coronary heart disease can significantly reduce the degree of mental disorder, and it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
