康复护理干预对脑卒中肩关节半脱位的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Shoulder Subluxation of Stroke

目的研究康复护理干预对脑卒中肩关节半脱位的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月在大连市友谊医院老年病分部康复病房就诊的80例脑卒中肩关节半脱位的患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组40例,采取常规护理措施,试验组40例,在对照组的基础上采取针对抑郁的康复护理措施。比较两组患者Fugl-Meyer及Barthel评分。结果试验组Fugl-Meyer及Barthel评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对脑卒中合并肩关节半脱位患者康复护理,可以处进肩关节的康复,恢复上肢的运动,调高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on Patients with Stroke shoulder joint subluxation. Methods Select 80 cases who had Stroke shoulder joint subluxation in Geriatrics division of dalian friendship hospital rehabilitation wards from January 2014 to January 2015 in, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 40 cases, useing ordinary care, experimental group 40 cases, received rehabilitation nursing based on the normal nursing. TO compare two groups of patients Fugl-Meyer and Barthel score. Results Experimental group Fugl- Meyer and Barthel score was better than control group, difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combined stroke rehabilitation nursing in patients with shoulder joint dislocation, can the shoulder joint rehabilitation into the recovery of upper limb movement, raise the quality of life.
